Do you see the differ...The other way to look at it would be that Eruption is above the power curve, Call of Brine is at the curve, and all those other perks are below the power curve. Just because Call of Brine is better than Overcharge doesn't necessarily mean that Call of Brine needs to be adjusted down. Maybe it means Overcharge needs to be adjusted up.About Press Copyright Contact us Creators Advertise Developers Terms Privacy Policy & Safety How YouTube works Test new features NFL Sunday Ticket Press Copyright ...400% regression is the same speed as 1 survivor repairing a gen. It's not that fast. Yes but Ruin is automatic and doesn't require any action from the killer's part. It also forces survivors to cleanse the totem. Overcharge requires kicking a gen, takes 30 seconds for the full effect and can be stopped by survivors repairing it for a split second. That being said, it's important to note that sometimes the synergies are a bit funky. Most notably, Call of Brine and Overcharge. Due to how it's all calculated, they will not stack to 400% regression - rather, they both add 100% regression, for a total of 300% regression. Did not know that. You can even go one step further and replace Blood Echo for Shattered Hope to guarantee your pentimento stack. First game running Plaything, Shattered Hope and Pentimento I got 5 stacks with 3 gens left. Saucycarpdog. Member. Oct 25, 2017 10,306. Jun 30, 2022 ... Does the 200% regression now only apply to the second gen. Second questin is if a gen is affected by brine but eruption also activates on it does that remove the brine regression os does eruption cuts 10% and goes back ...Overcharge is worse against survivors who immediately get back on gens and can hit the check. Call of Brine is usually better info unless they can hit 100% great checks and will get you regression faster, but it also has no protection against a survivor tapping the gen real quick and then getting off to go rescue, chase, etc. Namelly thinking of eruption and overcharge here. E17Omm Head On • 1 yr. ago. I dont think so, but CoB will make up for the slower regression that Overcharge starts at. -2. Gull_C The Skull Merchant • 1 yr. ago. I think so. BHVR mentioned in the patch notes that Overcharge and CoB would still be a powerful combination.Granted, the gen needed to be kicked for this to really make an impact, but enter Call of Brine and Overcharge, which make a gen regress at massive speeds when ...Our Discord: https://discord.gg/NfhNKbr6etMy Twitch: https://www.twitch.tv/kuroyashadeathMy Twitter: https://twitter.com/KUROYASHAMETALMy Insta: https://www....Call of brine regression bonus works with other perks besides Pop. Just listen before you say anything, though. Oppression, jolt, eruption, and pain resonance will all have the 200% boost to regression speed while Call of brine is already active on the generator. Remember, Call of brine will NOT activate from regressing with these perks, only ...And not like that's the only bug people have found. Did you see the merciless storm post earlier that was hilarious.I'll keep saying that the main issue of Tools of Torment was the release happening during one of the most problematic metas of the game (A kick to delete a gen). This perk also increases the regression rate of generators pretty substantially. To bring it in line with other perks, we reduced the maximum regression speed to 130% (was 200%).It's that there are two regression rate perks that stack and are triggered by the same thing (kicking the gen). Nerfing their rates to the point where they're useless on their own is silly. The core of the problem is the stacking. Make it only take the highest regression rate. Kick a gen. Call of brine rate until overcharge overtakes it.Overcharge’s value now is in builds where the skill check is going to cause problems. Call of Brine’s only real value is as an information perk to know when survivors return to gens. Either way, there are better options for either function. In addition, regressing generators lose progress at 1/4th the rate that they progress, increased to 1/2 by Call of Brine or Overcharge. Failing an Overcharge check also costs 15% total progress loss (regular fail + 3/4/5%)Does new Overcharge still work with Call Of Brine?
